For all the techies....VLC and Codec 3.6.2 incompatible

Have the latest version of VLC for Windows installed, but getting Codec 3.6.2 incompatible error on some movies.

Anyone seen this problem and know how to fix. thanks

Not a techie.....have Softpile website saved in my favourites for certain pc (Windows) meltdowns
.....most stuff is freeware so ya may find something of use....

thanks for the links guys, installed K_lite_codec pack. Now VLC is working for me again too :-)
