A time question

Still fairly new at this, so I have another question.

Let’s say I book a girl for 30 minutes. But really, I know that if it’s a great encounter, that I would like to stay for an hour, and have another go. Should I mention this before hand? Or should I wait until close to the end of the first 30 minutes to bring it up (no innuendo intended), if I decide that that is what I want to do?

Of course I realize that the escort could have another client booked and is not available, which is just my tough luck.

Mention it at the start. The pace for a half hour booking and a hour booking are completely different, and depending on the day extensions can be awkward.
