I think ppl are confusing doing anal sex with overdoing anal sex but i guess in terms of escorting the best bet is just not offer it as you dont know how much you could be doing it.

It does have its risks but in my opinion it would take a considerable amount of time preforming Anal to do any lasting damage, especailly if not lubed up enough. What Lucy said is correct. Tiny tears do occur and teh rectum is home to billions of bacteria which is meant to break down waste so the body can pass it. It can not only damage the anus but also can cause many tiny lacerations on the penile tissue
