Time wasting - The new Irish Pastime?

I have been escorting in Ireland for just over a year now.
When I first started working over here I found the Irish punters to be really well mannered, punctual and reliable...
They would call you up, arrange an appointment and arrive. If something happened, they would let you know well before the time if they couldn't make the appointment.

Lately, I have been besieged by time wasters. The pigs who arrange appointments and never arrive.Its happening so often that when someone makes an appointment I'm already wondering if he's actually going to arrive...
Being a professional, when someone makes an appointment, I keep the time open for them.
I understand that the economy is not what it used to be. I don't mind that I see less clients than I used to. I'm still happy with the way my genuine clients treat me. I still enjoy my chosen profession.

But why, oh why, do you time wasters out there spend all your time making appointments that you have no intention of keeping? I really can't see any kind of gratification in the act.
What is it that thrills you?
Is it the fact that you are denying someone the opportunity to earn a living?
Maybe you like the idea of someone sitting & waiting to make you happy?
Or are you so sad & demoralised that you need to spread it around?

I know that there are many of you reading this, as lots of girls have reported that even clients who pm them don't keep appointments...
Kindly enlighten me & the many other ladies out there as to what you gain from your stupid little game.

Remember, it costs us lots of time and money to tour around the country and if its not going to be worth it, we might just go to other countries where this juvenile behaviour is less frequent.

This is getting worse and worse and to be honest, it seems to happen to the popular English and Irish ladies more than anyone else, of course there are a few ladies of other nationalities effected also but it's hard not to think it's not genuine clients doing this, I wouldn't say they are even clients, they are pimps and friends of other ladies that can't get work and the only way they can level the playing field is to book up the competition so to increase the amount of calls they are getting..

I hate when someone quotes you and it looks like it is you they are gettting a dig at, can I clarify, I have never not turned up for an appointment, I may have Indicated my interest to see a lady and it never happened but never a confirmed appointment.

Maybe a database of time wasters might be the thing? Personally, I think it's a symptom of Irish society as a whole. The same thing could be said of punctuality here. And getting paid for jobs.

Unfortunately, this is certainly not the first thread on theis issue, and I'm sorry to say that I can't imagine it being the last either. For whatever reason, for too many wankers and messers over here seem to get-off from making a booking with no intention of every going through with it. Whatever their motivation, whether it's some sort of cheap thrill or pimps trying to book-out the competiotion, it happens far too much over here, at a ridiculously higher rate of frequency than elsewhere, according to numerous ladies who have worked in other countries.

As much as we all wish something could be done about it, there still is no real solution for it as of right now...

Too much porn; there's a market over here where I got the same type of time wasters found in ireland; their whole manner towards a working girl is really demeaning and degrading, the type of behavior you get off of someone who watches really hardcore porn and a lot of it.

I totally agree, name and shame or at least give them the option to explain themselves. Maybe confine it to the established members lounge?
