    No excuse for it...........

    A simple please and thank you, at the very least. Let someone pull out of a junction while driving, thank somone if they let you pull out. Hold a door open for someone, offer someone your seat, the simple things..........

    Ignorance, at least look at someone to acknowledge their existance, perhaps even a smile if you're sure your face won't crack.........

    FFS...............please and thank you, and a smile. Is it too much to ask in these recessionary times???............they're free you know.....and they go a long way.........
