true... i am also up early usually around 4:30am to get to work for 5:30 am its an early start tv is something i don't bother with too much i go jogging three times a week i log on here at my morning tea break about 7am sometimesthen again at around lunch time and usually in the evening

The only times i sit down are reading (which i do at night in bed before sleeping and online. I view other sites as well as this one when im online. I am good with time and dont waste it.
