    Default A sad farewell

    Ah tis time…

It is with a heavy heart I write this. I find myself in a place I do not wish to be in. I have tried before and failed but now am determined. I must away. Having discussed the idea of leaving EI behind with certain closer friends here, I was asked will I make it a public one, and at that time had decided no…I will go quietly, but it doesn’t work. I feel the only way to really take the plunge is to broadcast it and then feel compelled to see it through. Hence another boring goodbye thread. Sorry.

I have really, really enjoyed my time here on EI. Ye are all a great bunch of guys ‘n gals. I have made some good friends here and have enjoyed the banter wholeheartedly. This site is a uniquely entertaining and interesting world of talented and wonderful posters. But unfortunately it is also addictive. Addictive, in my case, to the detriment of my family, friends and business. I need to stop. I have also found myself getting too close to certain lovely ladies in the Escort world, and feel this also has to stop as it is not good and only a dangerous pretence.

I am not going to individualise those I reluctantly leave behind, you guys ‘n gals know who ye are.

    Ciao buddies.

    Jimbop. xxxxxxxxx

    P.S.:

Dude, is this because I sleep with your honey bunny (yep...she is a bi) when you are not around?

Because I can stop doing that....I really, really think I can!

    Please dont go.....

We'll miss you, James, but if you're reading this thread then stop. The first rule of successful escape from E-I is don't read the replies to your goodbye thread.

“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

    well james
i understand some of what you say, i for one will miss the chief agent, but there is a moment in time when you must break from something or it gets you, EI is that type of place, addictive, it starts to cost you time which must be taken from someone/somewhere else, bit of advice, walk away and do not look back, or else you will be back as others suggest
good luck with the rest of your life chief
taking a break, but not gone

So long James, take good care of what matter most to you in your life

P.S. You as well the option to use the site in moderation though.

I never got the addiction part myself. If I got stuff to do, I do them even if I'm aware there is a storm on E-I.
I log in here only when it suit me and none of my personal life commitments have to suffer.
