As a follow on from my last thread "Cop on Lads" { Posted by mistake in the basement .ie "soap opera" ) Do you think some of these timewasters may be pimps only wishing to tie up an Escorts time so their own girl gets picked on the rebound. The practice seems rampant at the moment.

Pimps are a possibility & I'd guess prob not a long shot.... As I mentioned on the other thread I'd imagine the large majority are asshats double booking and then ditching one girl etc.

No, I think they are just time wasters!

The number of "no shows" for other types of appointments e.g. healthcare appointments, eye checks, etc.. is pretty high across the board. It's become normal culture to expect "no shows" in any business these days. Which is a sad indictment of our society.

Yep morphious your right it's rife in ireland I get it all the time evey in the bank you get an appointment and the fecker makes you wait an exta half hour. I believe that it's part of Irish culture ( not with everyone ) people are running around in circles and don't know there arse from there elbo and forget themselfs. But I do believe that the timewasters in this business don't give a shit cos they look at it in a different way like "so what it's just an escort sure there will be someone else along after me" and this is not the case escorts are trying there best to please everyone and also have a fear of a bad review if they double book so the timewasters causes a lot of stress and tension it's more than just not turning up and the attitude is he doesn't give a shit

Its a good theory Ryder and you have probably hit the nail on the head in some cases, but I think its a symptom of something else that unfortunately is too common in this country ..... and that is lack of respect for the other person! Whether it is turning up late for any type of appointment or just generally thinking the other person has nothing better to do than whatever it is you want them to do! I come across it all the time and it pisses me off. We are right here when we say Respect the Escorts but we also need to apply it more everywhere else too ......... Respect each other!!

While I agree it must be more than annoying for a lady to have no shows, I have seen an increase bad customer service from some ladies.

As a regular client of one lady, I saw her once a week for months, made my usual appointment and called before setting off to confirm.
When I arrived half an hour later as agreed her friend told me she had taken another appointment and I would have to wait.

Last night I called another lady, I'm always polite, some ladies will know me here, and despite meeting that afternoon she hung up on me.

Just lately, I'm getting this sort of thing, being stood up, getting to an appointment to find the phone off.

I know no shows are a problem, but I'm a good guy, don't take it out on me.
