You can't put a person's image in a lot of media without their knowledge anyway, for example they would be really pushing it even more to put real escort images in the paper. This is why people need to sign release forms for things like Naked Camera and why people's faces are often blurred. Only if a person is considered "public" is it possible to do such a thing.

Didn't one of the rags publish escort pictures from E-I a few years ago? One of the girls had to leave because of it.

Thanks for that link Lucy, it would certainly give the escorts a better case but I don't agree that they should have to go to the trouble of that or pay for it.

I think the important thing is that E-I should find lawyers who will know the law and are willing to support escorts. I think this would help escorts feel safer with E-I and it would also protect prostitution here more. There were some rumblings about this before (not my idea), and I can't see why it wasn't followed through with. Bad publicity is one thing, but shutting down girls and prosecuting them they must surely want competent legal representation.

Well, I would agree with that. As it doesn't seem to be happening though, I have an excellent solicitor who is always happy to offer confidential advice. If any lady needs his number, feel free to point her in my direction.
