We do not permanently remove profiles as we have to keep a record of users unfortunately, due the the nature of the site. Jack, your smart-ass comment alone will be enough to obtain a ban, but we still hold records of these accounts.just get banned

John, I can 'ban' your account upon request as we do make a note as to the reasons to why the account is on hold, so if you feel you want to use your account again in the future, you can let us know.

If you don't want to use your profile again but also consider the fact that you might be tempted to use in the future, just change the email address in your settings to some made up email address. Then change your password to something difficult that you will never remember.
You won't be able to log in again and cannot request a password reset as this is done via a valid email.
