I am surprized that utd or chelsea did not make a bid for him because at that price he is a steal,compared to milner who 25+ is nowhere near the player ozil is....they also signed khedrira who is a very good player..i really think this year that they will win la liga this year ahead of barca...something i am not too upset over..lol...

united dont have the money and chelsea are not allowed spend any more it seems roman is gone stingy...milner imo is worth less than stepher ireland as ireland is a better player..if his head can be sorted out he could be top class.ozil would have been perfect for united.

If they could spend over 7mil on a unknown from portugal they could have afforded him but you have a point,i think their days of spending 20,30 million on a player are over....
