just to play devil's advocate it could be it was the girl she was with who you spoke to, as often the ladies don't tour alone. perhaps her travelling partner was playing receptionist for her friend. who knows!

A girl i have seen before has a foreign ringtone and she is independent.
I believe she diverts her 087 number to her personal phone so this will create a foreign ringtone.
It doesnt make much financial sense to do this for the escort as she will be hit with incoming call roaming charges ,where as if she stuck 087 sim in a phone no incoming roaming charges
