    No pics please keep on topic by request of OP

    There is a new drive in movie theatre to be developed on the old Ford site down the marina in Cork
    Will the idea take off? Its a throwback to a byegone era. Apparently it will be very proffesional with
    heaters supplied for the car and also a windshield canopy if its raining

    Reminising of the past

    could be fun. I know that cinemas have experienced increased business since the downturn in the economy, so you never know, this could be the perfect time for a venture like this.

    I thought drive in movies were a 50s American thing.Were they around in this country too ?
