That's all well and good saying both are responsible where neither party are aware they have an STD but when you know you have the worst of them all and do nothing about it, well that's just playing Russian roulette with someone who thinks the gun is empty when you know there is a bullet in it..

    No excuse.........
Should anyone at the time would have heard of her infection with HIV not only her career but the whole bands career would have been over
    No excuse........
A lot of pressure for a young girl, isn't it??
Yes it is, but still no excuse.........

But yes, you're right, it takes two to tango, but if she knew she had this deadly virus, then at the very least she should have insisted on a comdom...........At the very least............

Yes, perhaps he was. But what if the condom splits through no fauly of his own???

I think you're misinterpriting this to suit the story..........

    Tough crowd here
I'm not saying its his fault alone - he just has a good share in the responsibility and he is not the poor innocent victim he claims to be.
Its absolutely inexcusable that she never mentioned anything about her condition or at the very least insisted on protection and she must be punished for it. But that doesn't release him from taking responsibility for his own life.
Did he do that? I don't think so.
Pretty stupid for someone who planned to sleep with a 1000 more women.

Maybe some extra information would help - at the time the whole thing happened she still was under 18, had a child, a background in homelessness and drug abuse and just by chance got famous in one of Germanys versions of X-Factor. Should anyone at the time would have heard of her infection with HIV not only her career but the whole bands career would have been over. A lot of pressure for a young girl, isn't it??
And what stopped the guy using a condom?? Btw - he was the bands agent or manager or something like it, so there is a good chance that this was some kind of casting-couch story.

I'm not saying its right what she did - but as far as I know it requires two people (at least ...) to have sex, and both share the responsibility for protection. Which includes HIV, other STDs and unplanned pregnancies. Both failed to do so.
So as far as I'm concerned he is by no means an innocent victim in this unpleasant affair.
still doesn't give her right to have sex without condoms. Not that I support her not telling her partners before she had sex, even if she did not want to tell anyone about her being HIV+, she should have insisted on condoms.

The guy is responsible as well, but in my opinion, girl is to blame because she had unprotected sex after being aware of her condition.

At the end of the he wanted to go bareback or at least didnt stop it. Idiotic
She knew about her condition and and still went ahead. Criminal

She knowingly infected another human being and could have infected three others

No matter even if the guy wasa prick and maybe even took advantage he really didnt deserve that

It is totaly wrong for someone with an infectious disease to not inform their sex partner before the event. Even when a condom is used they still have a right to know the risk they are taking. Many things could and do go wrong. Even the slightest nick with a finger nail or a nip with a tooth could be a problem in these situations.

Tis indeed Westie outside every nite club in the country, some with different partners every weekend and those with
some one else the following week. If one had an std in a few months the amount of people infected through cross contamination
is huge, and dont think for a minute they are getting tested so until someone shows clinical signs nothing is done and at that stage
prob next to impossible to trace back to the originator. In my experience its the responsible careful people that go get tested not
the ones that most need to
    Blatant promotion should be outlawed
