Hands up me too. I go to the pub 5 times a week and have on average 4 pints. I never really get lock but I feel something is missing if I don't pay me local a visit.

What am I ber. (whispers : is beer the therapist here)

i wouldn't call you an alcoholic you could be just doing that out of habbit.....try giving it up for a month and go walking or something see how you feel then james i also love my beer but 5 times a week even at an average of 4pints is still a bit too much drinking we are all guilty of over doing it with alcohol try a month with out any beer
