Posting Multiple reviews of same girl - Suggestion

Just wondering if one escort had multiple reviews deleted and the new rule accepting multiple reviews comes back If the escort had reviews unders those rules "1. Reviewers are allowed to post 'update' reviews after an agreed period of time say 3 or 6 months (I think this is helpful as it allows punters get an up to date perspective)

2. If differing services were availed of on most recent visit, or indeed if a different type of encounter e.g say sex toys or you visited as a couple, this would be allowed as a review in it's own rite." is she going to have her multiple deleted reviews back?

But this is why it was decided to limit it to one review. Ohterwise you have situations where the same person is reviewing the same escort multiple times................

There is no confusion. It's a simple rule that people should know about at this stage. One review per client per escort...........

My suggestion was to allow another review subject to criteria e.g. after a suitable time period e.g 3 or 6 months....
Or when other services were tried e.g. couple experience, A, sex toys etc.

I understand that but this was thrashed out ages ago. There was debates and polls and threads about it all over the place and the current rules are what was decided on...........

This is the point of allowing another review to replace an older review. So that changes can be noted.........

I'm not disagreeing with you here just for the sake of it. I have no problem if people want change, as long as it's for a good reason. Personally at the moment I don't think it needs to be changed but of course if enough people want it I'm sure it would be considered.........

I know what was decided a while ago, decisions can and should be reviewed periodically, hence my post to gauge feelings. Looks like a non starter...but there you go....

using distinct keyword in sql should sort this out. I presume E-I would have DBA to manage database, should take him 5 minutes to write sql to achieve this....

as an example, below query will give you list of distinct reviewers, all you need to a procedure to get a sum.

select distinct (reviewer) from reviews where escort = 'abc'

ofcourse this would have knock on affects, as E-I is also sorting reviews and so on, but definitely achievable.

what I like about MrFussy's idea is that he has placed minimum time gap between 2 reviews. This should sort out problem of multiple rat reviews of same escort by, lets say well wisher.

for someone like me, I have only 4 reviews, there are plenty of ladies I have not met, but someone like MrFussy, he should be allowed to express his experience if he sees an escort twice after considerable period of time.

It sounds like a reasonable idea to me. Not counting extra reviews in the statistics is feasible. Like many things, it's a question of whether Pat can be persuaded to assign the job to one of her staff.

I feel current system is prone to human error. Task of checking for duplicate reviews should be automated before it is further complicated. Let moderators activate the review, but if they start duplicate checks manually with rules as complicated as suggested on this thread, we will have new threads coming up why my reviews were deleted. previous review was 180 days 2 minutes older than latest review.

I would imagine if we do bring in a new rule, it will be moving forward only, rather than going back.
