    Best chip shop....not just in Dublin but anywhere around the country.....
    but for dublin...how about Ferrari's in Ringsend? I think thats a great spot. Ezio's on Ameins Street is ok aswell. There's one just up from the Regency hotel in Drumcondra on the airport side, at Beaumont/Santry, called the Airport take away, anyone ever been there? i was there once and didnt like it at all

    any other good spots around dublin or around the country?

    Hillbilly's in Cork City is fantastic-- I pop in for a bite everytime I'm down that way!

    I am too now Luther! not sure if I'd have time to run to my local chipper before they close... but actually, it's Friday night, they ought to be getting the late-closing pub crowd in now!

    Lennox in Cork would be one of the most successful ones and maybe KCs in Douglas.

    Navenny Grill in Ballybofey Co.Donegal is fucking beautiful. There's one in Letterkenny called Mr.Chippy and its a fucking kip, full of grease. Has anyone ever been to Charlie's take away/restaurant in Letterkenny, its not far from the cinema and close to Mc Donalds. I've hear its good but never been to it. There's one in Trim Co.Meath called The Castle Take away/restaurant, its not great either
