    Probably because it costs so much money for them to change their appearance. From what I have read, it can be easy to spend 50 thousand or more on feminising procedures, such as boob jobs.

    And, lets be honest here, some of them are amazing looking.

    I would assume that a lot of them get into escorting in the first place to finance these operations
