Why are guys so reluctant to get themselves checked out ?

Why don't you give your penis and scrotum as much attention as you do your car or motorbike or IT gadget......??

I just can't understand it. You are over the age of consent, its perfectly normal to be sexually active - what is the worst that can happen ?

It's a crazy situation, guys must be afraid to go see a doctor encase they have something yet they are happy to carry on once it's not official

playing with your iphone or Nintendo ds on the bus is perfectly acceptable, playing with your meat and two veg on the bus apparently is not!!!!

But you are right, Irish men in particular are ignorant to this as we are not properly educated in this field and there is a certain stigma of embarrassment about attending a clinic to do with anything of this nature.

I agree Taylor, i know lots of people who take getting checked out very seriously, men and woman, but there are also lots who dont. There are things you can catch even with condoms etc, so its defiantely worth having checkups. Over here in the UK, there are lots of discreet clinics which cover these things, and they are usually linked with family planning clinics too, which helps take away the stigma of it being a GUM clinic. Come on boys, get your bits checked out too. It doesnt take long!
