Why should I "itemise my complaint"??? There's plenty of evidence of Westie's shenanigans and you are well aware that the general consensus is that he's joke of a mod. There are a few examples also on this board of me, realising I was wrong, backing down and apologising. You might also look for them Patricia and have a read. It is obviously something you are incapable of doing.

I really don't read every thread here and know what people are annoyed about always. That's what I got managers in for. It is not burying my head in sand, it is realising I can only do so much personally and there is more that needs to be done, so delegating.

Because I am busy. Just because I come on here and reply to a few threads doesn't mean I have nothing else on. Also it is not helpful to the managers if I start trying to do their job for them. If I see an obvious problem and they are not around I might try to do something then PM them what I have done, but generally it is better and more organised and structured to let all the complaints be dealt with by the managers. I also don't think it is unreasonable to ask users to wait until morning for a manager to address their complaint if they have a problem at night.
