In this case maybe as he saw thee escort once with his wife and then on his own. But other than that I would say no as it's open to abuse. This is why it was changed to 1 review per client in the 1st place.

QPH and I discussed this and unless the rules are changed there is no provision within them to allow a second positve review by the same member to remain listed, maybe it is something the managers can have a look at.
