I always think of a MILF as someone in her 40's who's still damn hot and I'm not usually worried about the kids part but that's just me.

I think the term Milf is best used by a young man. It was originally intended as a teenager talking about his mates mom so it would put her in the mid to late thirties age bracket, so when I use the term it's normally to describe a girl my own age with kids, older for me is simply a mature lady and I wouldn't normally describe her as a milf..

That's why I started the thread in the first place, to get a working definition of what exactly a MILF is meant to be, because there are various criteria out there that people use for it! Yes, the term MILF has been at least a bit 'hijacked' by the porn industry, simply to refer to women over a certain age (say 30+ as an approx), typically performing in a scene with a younger guy. Some of these women may not have children, so that might technically disqualify them as MILFS according to those who would apply a stricter set of criteria to what makes a woman a MILF.
