Default Wheres the so called unity from the Pubic Service now?

So its fine for the Pubic Service to avoid cuts so it can be thrown onto those working minimum wage instead? They say "lets not divide the workforce". Staying fairly quiet now i see.

Better to be a member of a union than not!

Speaking of unions, i guess its the unions are at fault here more than the workers themselves. They are quick enough to try and ally the support of the private sector.

    when it suits them,

I heard it that all workers right across the board will be taxed on their incomes which means the lowest paid will struggle to survive.

Yeah shit happens sometimes west . We're all in it together , like it or not for the next decade at least . And if the lower paid were taxed an extra say 10 euro a week , that wont hurt them too much would it . Thats a lot of money the govt could take in off people who contribute very little as is . No doubt tho that you'd prefer the docs and teachers and garda and the rest of the pub service to keep paying out time after time , after all aren't they only a shower of c%&$s in your eyes

Ppl only say this to make themselves feel better. the fact of the matter is nobody knows how long it will last but it will last a lot longer if everyone doesn't pro actively work together and that includes the public service. Its a disgrace that some public sector areas are still wasting frightening amounts of money and poor productivity. Most of these services should be privatised.

By the way, i think the key to us moving out of this recession is in the US and UK markets via trading.Like it always was and not the so called EU.
