    Default Home defence bill

The Home Defence Bill has been enacted, and not before time, at long
last shifts the balance of power back into the homeowners hands.
Hopefully it will make some of the assholes that thieve and desecrate
other peoples property have a rethink
    Blatant promotion should be outlawed

At last, the criminals can nol longer get away with entering someones property and the person can defend themselves without reprecuations from the law.

Still, a lot of hassle. Mop up the blood, wipe the brain matter off the wall, prise teeth out of antique chest-of-drawers. And, of course, hide your growing erection in case family think you're weird. Better off just holing up in the bathroom until intruder has gone.

Can you now booby-trap your house with all manner of gruesome devices?

Anybody comes into my house uninvited is going out on a stretcher!
Never could understand how someone with a wife and child couldn't protect them if someone broke in.
At least now they can without fear of the law.

Yeah but unfortunately if i do take one of these saps heads off with my .22 , i will still have to face a judge who might think if was a little excessive and i might still do time for protecting my land. But i suppose its a start.

I remember a case a few years back in that a guy was in on roof of a house trying to break into said house. He fell of the roof and sued the owners...and guess what he won and got compensation......we are a strange country at times...
