Well obviously you are not going to drive like a maniac while you are receiving, nice slow motorway drive and you'll be grand. Besides you can still were you're belt but just around the ladies waste, most cars have adjustable steering wheels so a good idea is to adjust it to the highest position before you set off, once nearly crashed when I got it into my head I would adjust mine while driving along.
