What was the longest period of time you had no alcohol?

Were told thats all she did,one of her neighbours told us she had only started drinking six months before she died....never touched a single drop before then.

Sometimes ppl can get introverted after some trauma in their lives like a death of a loved one, a break up with a loved one,a breech of trust of a good friend etc. Its easy to become isolated in todays world especially when ppl are all busy and running around with no time to stop and listen which is all it takes sometimes for ppl like this.

For anyone except ppl who dont drink. What was the longest period? I have drank once since Xmas. Maybe twice but im fairly sure its once.Staying off until Xmas.

dont think I ever went without a drink for a week having said that for the most part I'm only talking 3 drinks a week dont go out much I got sick of the pubscene getting too expensive too since the banks robbed us- anyway have no bird either..
