Ok here goes i was doing a job a couple years ago in a small town a couple of years ago.The job was to fix up a few bits and pieces in a house owned by the council.Well anyways met the boys told us the woman that lived in the house had died three days before and they had not yet removed her stuff out of the house....they told us to be prepared.We went our seperate ways..myself and the guy i was working with reached the house opened the door to the bedroom and what i saw i could not believe.....cider bottles covering the whole room and up as far my knees...bed tumbled no longer slept there but on a pile of newspapers in a corner of the kitchen...it was one of the worst sites i have ever witnessed, the only food she kept was dog food...died of alcohol poisoning no suprize there and this was during the celtic tiger era...makes me laugh how they tell us we all benefited from it....she didn't get the help she needed.
