well okay, thanks for replying. I PM'd Nikki to add her voice or alert Eve to the thread and here we are and yet, i'm no further out of the woods on this one. Hmm, there's not much more I can do except wait for Patricia on this one OR of course set up a meeting with Eve, she can give me a password or code word and ONLY I can know it and then when she finally sees me, she'll realise she never met me , but someone else.

Thanks, and nikki and eve have a long track record of being hot, so I'm hardly going to come on here and go against the grain and bad mouth them with a bad review. I'm just hoping there was a glitch in the system and that somehow someone else's review got into my list. maybe if there is a back up text file of all reviews, a mod could searc a phrase from the review and check the results and double check who submitted it.

You must remember Esp that there are two managers here now. I would imagine they are now the go to people on almost any issue, up to now it was always Patricia and tbh I do not know how she stayed on top of things. You might be better off pming managers now in future, that is to everyone generally, not just with your situation.
