    Default plugins

    V bulletin boards offer plugins not like the ones to make the house smell nice though
    Many forums and communities have the same package of these plugins.
    The query you have for junior member ofton indicates, either not been registered long or a low posting history.
    The more you post, thanked for posts or establish a good trusted rapport on the boards the higher your esteem.
    Some sites have members listed as "newborn troll" to begin with until they establish some good credability.
    Normally it would be junior member, senior memer, established or whatever the admin decide is best.

    Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters -> Update User Titles and Ranks
