    During the summer we dehydrate a lot faster than in the winter.

    Being dehydrated doesn't mean your gasping for water, it just means your reserves are low.

    By the time you feel thirsty you've already been dehydrated for quite some time.

    One of the main effects of dehydration is lethargy.

    Trust me on this one lads, drink water at regular intervals (half glass every 30-45 mins) and in three days you'll feel astonishing.

    you are night there magoo drinking water regularly is hugly beneficial.

    That makes sense. I finished up taking naughty stuff a few weeks back and this can cause dehydration if you dont drink enough water which i didnt. Drinking about 5 cans of red bull a day didnt help either i guess.
