cheryl was so hot a few years back i saw a pic of her in a paper a few months back it was scary...why cant ppl just look in the mirror and see what they are doing to themselves.

this is her after the band started..

i know mags and papers say men want size zero woman...i have never met a man that would prefer cheryl in the second pic to the first one.

Yes she was in much better shape then,was in training to assault people in toilets, fairplay to her she let the slapper shine through

Agree 100% . Ppl need to stop using weighing scales and stop using tape measures and fat checks etc. The mirror like you say is the key. Who cares what you weight or what your fat levels are or how big this or that is when your happy with what your see yourself.

Apart from anything else its what these ppl like Cole are doing is burning the candle from both ends because the stress created by it all on the body creates a cycle of cortisol realease that actually causes more fluid and / or fat to be retained.Its only a matter of time before but ends meet and Cole is almost at that point now.

The human body is maninly chemical and when there is an action you get a reaction as well. Life is a maraton ,not a sprint and so should a persons well being whatever they see well being as.


If this doesnt stop a person from thinking like this ,the fact that nobody cares should. Nobody cares about how much your weight and nobody cares about how fats or big or strong or fit or whatever else you are. You should do something for the love of it and not for acclaim.It will make your life so much easier and that includes your relationships with others.

I agree with you but there seems to be so much pressure on girls today to look like models.This size 0 craze has done so much damage over the last few years to so many girls with so many starving themselves to death to look like the celebs they look up to.

Real thin girls do nothing for me although other things come into play though. I know some very attractive thin girls but i also know some very attractive heavy girls and i would its the same way gilrs look at guys. Its the overall package and not just part of it.

The general theme of this thread seems to be that thin or skinny girls are not attractive , why then are the comments in a lot of reviews in the vein of "she is carrying a few extra pounds" or "she is a bit heavier than I like " ?
It would be refreshing to see a review complimenting a real woman, a woman with curves and not a stick insect.
And before any of you jump down my throat and say these reviews are there, they may be , this is just an observation.

Because thats men for you sweetie. I mean guys expect a girl to have a perfect hourglass figure and be the look of perfection while they are throwing back beers and eating rubbish. If women had the same approach to men as men do to women in the looks dept then there would be a hell of a lot of single men around and lots of punters turned away too.Luckily for alot of guys women find other things attractive besides looks although i doubt that many women would find a guy with a mindset as narrow as thin / heavy ,would find that guy attratcive.
