Names too similar?

This rule really cracks me up, its quite acceptable to have more than one profile but u cant change ure name.
So ure basically trying to tell me that posting under a different profile is not same as changing ure name
I always advocated one user one profile and i stick by that

There is another rule on Multiple IDs too

Well even better than that we have a person with alot of reviews here under 2 different profiles(added together they would make him one of the top reviewers) The really unfair part here is that he has reviewed some girls under both profiles so they have the
unfair advantage of having 2 reviews from one client. As far as i can gather the powers that be are aware of this

Well are they being used for dishonourable purposes? I dont think so in a lot of cases. I cant speak for E-I and i cant speak for the other mods but my view of this rule is as long as E-I isnt open to legal action or if the profile is not being used for dishonourable purposes (and we will know soon enough if they were being used for that reason) then some leeway can be given to it.

Im of the opinion that a rule like this has its principles based on common sense and imho some rules automatically have this leeway built into them at the discretions of mods or whoever else and its just general common sense that ppl realise this.

Otherwise it becomes ridicolaus and will become too rigid to even enforce fairly let alone properly.Thats my opinion on this issue.

A rule is a rule black or white simple, is the same leeway being given to users using famous peoples names as profiles
It is having grey areas creates controversy because different mods will interpret things differently and peole will end up
being treated differently for the same thing.
