Westie wasn't forced to apologise. vampirejackie looked at a complaint about Westie and asked Westie if he could say he was sorry for any offence the complainant felt, as a means of trying to resolve it. vampirejackie hasn't even been here a week, so nobody jump on her please, as that's just not fair. I said to Westie too that saying sorry for any offence caused - as opposed to admitting wrongdoing which is a different type of apology - wasn't a bad idea of vampirejackie's as (a) I think it isn't a bad way of resolving a complaint and (b) of course I want to support vampirejackie in her new job as she needs that. Westside agreed and delivered said apology but it seems he is a little put out by how things have gone and I am sorry for that and I understand that too, but I hope Westie also knows that neither vampirejackie or me wanted to be unfair to him in anyway, we were just trying to resolve an issue. This whole thing is getting blown out of proportion now, which is a shame.

Well now Patricia u must accept that from the beginning her style has been confrontational to say the least, i dont think a peacemakers role is to rile the troops

Patricia, I don't want you or vampirejackie to take what I said the wrong way, you are fantastic here and I think when VJ settles into her new role she will be great (fingers crossed ) also, I'm just annoyed of the small mindedness of some people that they feel the need to run to mammy for the stupidest of things, honestly these people must of got wrapped in cotton wool and hugged way too much when they were kids.. honestly sometimes this place is a kindergarden..

What else would you call it? Im not saying i was forced to aplogise in the sense of something being done to me if i didnt. I am not sayign that and want to make it clear to ppl here that E- I did not force me to apologise or else.

The issue here with me is one of principle. This guy complained about me ,and did the same thign himself in his thread. He said i offended an escort (who hadnt even read it) when i simple said that i do not believe that she enjoys french kissing all of her clients and i still stand over that statement.He yet goes on and says that an escort saying she just kisses her bf is wrong and an excuse. How can this guy complain and keep a straight face?

So again i will make it clear E-I did not force me to apologise with a threat of any kind. However E- I has let me down by not seeing my side of the coin. I could go on about this and that ,about posts and threads and all sorts of goofy stuff but the fact remians things wouldnt be the same from here on out for me.

Do you know I haven't read the complaint or the thread that the complaint was about? That's because there is too much going on here for me to manage these message boards. I'm doing all this other stuff and then I'm coming on here and I'm trying to keep up but I can't, there are always 50 threads I'm meant to have read I haven't and 500 PMs waiting to be read that I still haven't found time to read. People think I'm disrespecting them by not looking at everything myself, but I just can't do it all. I could never sleep and I still wouldn't have looked at everything I'd like to look at in a day. This is why I can't manage this message board personally, I simply can't do it anymore. So we have vampirejackie started and another manager starting on Monday. You shouldn't take E-I not seeing your side of the coin so badly here. All that's happening is that I can't keep up with this message board so vampirejackie and the other manager are looking after things. I'm not seeing your side of it as I'm too busy talking to 10 new IT staff all this week trying to get stuff sorted out there to see what's going on here properly. vampirejackie is only in the door so she is not seeing everything as she's trying to get to grips with hundreds of new things all the time. So what I'm saying is, feel like E-I is a disorganised mess as it is (though we are trying to get organised) and be annoyed with us for that, but don't take this as a personal slight as it isn't. This is not a question of how much you are respected and valued here as you are greatly respected and valued by me, by staff, by other site helpers, and by a sizeable chunk of the community.

He said i said he has bad hygiene and / or bad teeth but i never said that. I said i find it hard to believe he has being refused french kissing because other wise why would he bother bringing a thread on it up? My comments about my dog are simple enough meaning my dog has great teeth, washes himself yet doesnt love me even though he tries to kiss me. Thats all im saying.

His complaint is saying that my comments would stop escorts from seeing him because they may think he has bad teeth and hygene yet i have never said that. He also says the escort was offended yet she never complained.If someone said to me theres a misunderstanding here and to pm him and sort it out then yes i would but i was told to apologise.

Seriously you should have read this one. I was under the impression that you had read it. I dont think anyoen really read it or looked into, only looked into me and told me i should say sorry.
