I'd say Westie has it right, lymph node; you can go to the health store and get some red clover and cleavers, herbs, and boil them up; just my own take, but I think backed up lymph could be associated with prostate cancer, but I'm not a doctor, you know

Everyone saying go to doctor is right. It is almost certainly nothing serious, but you have to go to a doctor to get these things checked out properly. I know going to doctor is not everyone's idea of fun etc, but you will feel better once you have.
