Welcome Jackie.

Jackie is our new community manager. Unlike other staff who are also doing other roles, Jackie will be dedicated to message boards / reviews / chat, so you will all be getting to know her well. We have a second community manager starting next Monday, and from now on there will always be a staff community manager on these message boards 7 days a week, to ensure things all run smoothly.

However she's only just in the door, so we'll have to let her find her way around first!

I don't know if she bites. We'll just have to find out...
