"INDEPENDENT" -- denotes what exactly ?

Hello all , Clifford here , just a question please.
Whilst attempting to book a punt I only select Escorts advertised on here as Independent not Agency.
On several occasions my phone call is received by some person other than the girl displayed in the thumb photos.
As a greenhorn how do I recognise a true Independent working lady as opposed to a managed or brothel worker type ?
What are the tell tale signs, if any, to look out for ?
Why does this site allow Escorts to advertise so apparently incorrect as such ?

this is a constant problem, and for new punters a nightmare, all i can suggest certain rules, follow good reviewers,do not visit escorts with un verified photos/ no reviews,i sure more people will add to this list

Because it's a valid question i'll bite , wanted hit the nail on the head, all you can do is look at the reviews, study the profile, independent ladies tend to right their profile with a little flair rather than the normal cut and paste speel that can be read anywhere, also while some independents use receptionist or another independent that has better english to answer the phone for her, rule of thumb is it's an agency if it's not her on the phone. Profiles with 24hrs and "ask" in their rates also tend to be agency.
Another good way is if you are thinking about visiting a lady, put up a post asking, if she's independent chances are some of us would have seen her and can tell you the story. We all take chances going to see ladies with no reviews but it's by sharing this info we can help each other..

I would like to thank the person that wrote an explanation as to why they gave me a negative reputation for this post, can I just say maybe you should read the post again because I did not say 24hrs on their profile is an agency, I said it tends to be an agency, if English is not your native language maybe you don't know that the word tends means "a lot of the time but NOT always."

Thats all well and good but escorts with their own website are in the minority...Just to get to the orinigals posters quote it is very difficult to distinguish an independant from an agency escort at times.A girl i went to see had on her profile that she was independant,could speak english but when i rang her i still assumed it was her but when i reached her she clearly had not a word of english and she was defo not independant.I should have left at that stage but seeing as it was only my second time i went along with it.I tend to read reviews more often now than i used to,its the only way you are going to learn from your own mistakes.

Oh, I completely agree that there has to be some flair for the lady to start getting good reviews. I was more trying to put the point across that as some ladies are newbies here, to exclude them for having no reviews could be a little...unwise. A chicken and egg scenario springs to mind. I also agree that a gentlemans natural courtesy could stop him 'voting with his feet', I however would be a little disgruntled if I was promised haute cuisine only to arrive at macdonalds.

There is no supply without demand though. If people stopped giving the dishonest SP their hard earned cash the corrupt SP's would soon realise that dishonest practice dosn't wash, and either change their marketing practises or find another market for them.

I do realise not all independants have their own website, I merely thought a may be a useful indication of which ladies are genuine. However, im assuming that most ladies didn't arrive from mars, and so even without a website would have feedback in other forums/countries etc.
