Silicone unless exceptionally done is quite noticeable. IMO its slightly firmer than the real thing. Visually if viewed when body is in upright position can be a delight. But in other positions may show telltale signs of falseness.

I would have thought that you dont have to be an expert on this subject to immediately know whether you have the real thing or not, but having said this was fooled for a while by one escort until it eventually became apparant that these puppies are not kosher. Usually its quite obvious.
