Harry my favorite dirty san fran cop you know I am an old woman and I thought i'd crock before i got through 16 pages of this but you will always find a chair next to my bed in the old folks home, just let me know first as i keep the bed pan on it. might sound corny son but there are more things in life to look forward to then to get sad about, not to say the sad things are not big things to deal with but make a little time to enjoy things whatever is it you enjoy, clean up a street in your mind one house at a time. hell even waste a punk or two but dont waste your ammo unless you get a clean shot and make sure whats bugging you stays down for good.

oh and dont forget the grapes next time, left you off with a freebie last time but my generosity has its limits.

    Hi Harry,

I not an expert on depression but believe there is a growing recogition about how diet and changes to diet can improve health. Bascially the rise in the availablty of processed food can be mapped against the rises in depression and associated illness in modern society.

I have witnessed improvments with depression in family members when they changed there diet using this approch.

Medication whislt it helps the immedieate problem is not always the best long term solution.

I'm just going to jump in here, and not bother to read all the other posts because it's too time consuming and I wanted very much to let Harry know that whatever he's going through to just keep moving; where ever, however. When you get under the weather make sure to do what's important to you, be the person you want to be, and live the life you want to live; I always look at times like this and say ''my soul isn't happy, I've got to do the things that are true to my soul''-what's the point in being alive? This is your life, so live it the way you want to, and if people don't like it ,so what!

Summer is also a time when people can get SAD, so maybe with the weather being good that might have helped caused some of the problem. You should take natural remedies they do work on depression.
