    i see no reason why transgender ppl shouldnt be recognised as whatever they want. They may not be technically 100% the gender they want to be, but who does it harm for them just to be recognised as a man or woman if they werent born one.

    i don't have a problem letting them change their sex. like Rayden say's, who are the harming. they should be able to have passports, driving licenses etc. as they desire. however, they should not be allowed to change their birth certificate. i think this is the sticking point for most. it dosen't matter whether they are male or female now, and have changed sex, but they were born either one or the other, and wouldn't have had any awareness of which sex they were. so, in conclusion, they shouldn't be allowed change their birth cert, but anything else is not a problem

    i dont see a problem with changing the birth cert. I mean who really cares?
