Ask at the beginning what the client wishes to accomplish in that hour.

If they are into lots of foreplay and coming just once, make the foreplay much longer. With the time needed for sex as well, more then half an hour would pass, so they cannot ask for a refund on the basis they only stayed half an hour. You could also suggest a massage at the end for all appointment types.

If they wish to come more then once (if this is possible for them to do), plan the appointment time so they would come in the first 15 – 20 minutes. There will be some time left until the half hour mark, so the chance they would leave then is smaller.
In the middle of appointment (the half hour mark), they should be well in their second number, so no chance for them to leave then either.

If you fulfil / plan to fulfil their requirements but they still want to leave in 30 minutes, don’t offer any refunds and don’t feel guilty about it.

It use to be the case that if you book a lady for 30mins she provided a certain amount of extras but if you booked the full hour she provided more such as A. Also a lot of the time when you booked 30mins it was only 1 shot but for the hour you could go more times, to me this sounds like a ploy to trick the lady into giving a better service because the customer has booked you for longer (when I say better I mean with all extras included).
I would not give a complete 50% refund but as I said previously in a different thread it would probably be easier to just get them to leave by giving a partial gesture of a refund but I would definetly charge them more for the 30mins than you would normally..
