Default How to paint a wall by Rover WUI expert

    (1) Paint the ground and let it dry.
    (2) Plaster back of paint.
    (3) Lift up when dry and get someone to hold it.
    (4) Build wall and fix to plaster and paint.

    Interesting technique.
Does the ground have to a particular type.
I have hard wood oak floors. Is it ok to just paint over that?
