I think the original term MILF referred to the mother of a mate of yours that you would like to fuck, so that would generally put a MILF over the age of 35. Soairsa can, strictly speaking, be referred to as a MILF as she is a mother some of you would like to fuck.

Yummy Mummy or Young MILF are probably more accurate.
