Ngan was issued an infraction the other day for telling a mod to fuck off via the report a post function

as I stated above he now has done two things that one of which is an instant permament ban.

at the very least he now should get an infraction for the two rule breaks above.

The rules state that 3 infractions within 30 days means a ban of 1 week...
