There are myriad reasons why she could have ticked that box, from a simple misunderstanding/mouse slip to her wanting to bump up her search hits..
Until someone confirms that she actually does provide it I'm gonna keep my powder dry as she doesn't actually say it in her profile like most of the loonies on that site who actually offer it do..

For me it's the fact the profile is being accessed from Poland that would quite possibly be the lady in question is not aware of what is written or perhaps even worse forced into doing something she does not want to do....may be wrong but it seems very fishy..
