Depends on when you go through Limerick - 2.5 hours if you get a good run.

2.5 - 3 sounds right going by this,

    Athlone 219 137
    Belfast 424 264
    Derry 428 266
    Donegal 402 250
    Dublin 257 160
    Dundalk 325 202
    Galway 209 130
    Kilkenny 148 92
    Killarney 87 55
    Limerick 105 66
    Portlaoise 174 109
    Roscommon 251 156
    Rosslare Europort 208 130
    Shannon Airport 129 81
    Sligo 336 209
    Waterford 129 79
    Wexford 178 111
    Wicklow 267 166

All from Cork. Its 2 - 2.5 hours to dublin. So i reckon Galway is about 3 due to not as direct a route.

Just make sure to post here when u are leaving so that the newly formed Warm Welcome for Westside commitee can get organised

    Westside does Galway

If time permits also may make brief apperance in Connemara
    Blatant promotion should be outlawed

I do loads of driving and I find that if you allow 1 min per km it will be spot on.
Unless you are on a motorway the whole way.
So cork to Galway @200 km = 3 hours 20 around what Leah got.
