I never criticised his achievements,i just had no idea what he does with himself.If he was such a legend how come he was'nt able to carve a successful musical career outside of eurovision.

He actually had a very sucessful career, he was based mainly in Germany and has been very sucessful on continental europe. We are inclined to equate
sucess with being very visible in the charts wheras most in the charts appear and disappear very quickly.There would be a big live music circuit in
europe wth good money to be made on the club/ cabaret scene. The big thing in any career is longevity and he is still performing after thirty years.
