Can someone please explain the methodolgy of the changing status of the little green icon below a members name on a thread.

Most have............**** is on a distinguished road.
Recently I noticed a 'dubious' mark in the settings on my profile, relating to a post that I had made.
The little green icon then said.......Forrest is an unknown quantity, or something like that.
Today it says......Forrest will become famous soon enough.

I have seen that comment on Carlos Marvado's and Luther's icon.

How is this determined.
