what are people feeding their dogs these days? shit on every footpath people standing on it why dont owners clean it up? were ye not told ye will be prosecuted if its not cleaned up? couldnt be bothered? Oh I see

Honestly i don't think people give a shite about shit. People have just become lazy,there is nothing worse than walking down down the street,minding ur own business and stepping in a brown surprize.It should be up to the owner to clean up after their dog.
