[QUOTE=monster_monster;218466]i have to wear suits to work most days, especially if a client is in it's good to make the right impression, i'd probably have about 10 suits in total. when i was younger i use to buy naff off the peg stuff and didn't really give a shit. when i moved to the UK i made my first serious suit purchase from Ozwald Boateng on Saville Row with my first bonus cheque. Ever since then I take suits very seriously and only wear D&G or Armani, it's a pretty expensive habit but if you keep them correctly they really do last for ever. As for shirts I have a particular fondness for duchamp, truzzi and zenga. Ties are mega also but you have to have Charvet.
I dont wear D&G.. the style is more suited to younger men... You should try Canali, the're more structured than Armani and better value 800./. 2000 €.. I like Paul Smith style but you need to be stick thin to wear them ( a bit like Ryan Tubirdy )... I dont have any Charvet ties, have a Charvet shirt, With all the scandal about CJ i bought one a few years ago in BT's sale for 120 €....I sell Ermenegildo Zegna ties in some of my outlets for 100€ the same ties in BT's retail for 140€.. PM me if you want a deal...
big thumbs up for the offer there CANALI I might take you up on that pretty soon. I'm still in my 30's so can get away with D&G and fitted Armani for the time being, I just find that canali suits are a bit boxy (is that a word) and feel like a bank manager, i did visit their new store when I was in London last week and tried on a "younger style" (can't remember the collection) suit but it just didn't sit right on me.
I'm sorry, but the only men that look good in suits are Black and Italian men-they just have the flare to pull suits off wereas other men just don't cut it.
Don't know if they still do, but M&S use to have suits that were made by the same people who made suits for Giorgio Armani for the more dash than cash men

My god I like man in suits, but only the good quality...
Not the penny's one they are so cheap looking!
A good suit can make a man look like a millionaire! I love them hmm... only don't know if they love me one way to find out...
I had to buy a suit a few years ago for a few weddings. The salesman seen me coming and i ended up spending 800 quid in total for the thing. Its a dinger of a suit but its only for weddings/funerals. Im going to try and keep my weight around the level im at so i can be buried in it too
