It is not an offence to visit an Independant escort or Agency girl operating alone. There has not been a prosecution of a guy visiting an escort in recent years. It is an impossible prosecution with the current legislation. As regards video evidence, it does not prove anything except 2 people engaging in sex for money, not illegal. If 3 people or more involved, again I'd be confident that nothing will happen. This is poor quality video evidence, it was not used as priima facie evidence in the trial so 'may' be destroyed.
